We like to introduce our colleagues to you. In this interview we introduce you to Terrence, Jr. Digital Campaign Manager at STROOM Amsterdam.
Who are you?
My name is Terrence Tang, a driven and ambitious professional with a passion for marketing and communications. With 24 years under my belt, I was born and raised in bustling Amsterdam.
How do you fill your position at STROOM?
As Junior Digital Campaign Manager at STROOM , I fulfill my position with enthusiasm and dedication. With my passion for digital marketing and my analytical skills, I strive to develop effective and result-oriented campaigns for our clients. I try to gain as much knowledge as possible and learn from my colleagues in order to contribute to the success of our team.
What did you do for this?
Before this, I studied Communication at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam. During this education I learned a lot in the field of online marketing. During my studies I also got the opportunity to work on projects for brands such as KLM and Unox. With the knowledge I gained during my studies I would like to make a positive contribution to the team of STROOM.
What are your growth aspirations?
I would like to work for great clients and broaden my knowledge. One of my goals is to become an expert within my field. In addition, I want to keep up to date with the latest developments and trends so that I can take them into account in successfully fulfilling my role.
What energizes you in your work?
Perhaps cliché, but I get energy from my colleagues. By motivating and challenging each other, we keep each other on our toes. Achieving great results together is something that gives me energy and satisfaction.
What do you get energy from in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy various activities that energize me and help me relax. I enjoy going to the gym because I value a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness. I go about 4 times a week with friends, where we motivate and push each other further. I also enjoy festivals, where I dance with friends and enjoy the music. The last few weeks I also enjoy playing padel with friends, in which we are getting better and better.
What is your favorite type of vacation? And vacation country?
I prefer a vacation with a mix of relaxation and activities. I greatly enjoy sun, sea and beach, but I also enjoy diving into the culture of the country. I don't have a favorite vacation country, but I would like to go back to Japan again!
What is your favorite sport?
Soccer is my favorite sport! From a young age I have always been active in soccer, but now I have stopped for a while. Nevertheless, I still enjoy watching soccer games, especially the exciting duels in the Premier League and the Champions League.
What is your favorite quote?
