A high client rating in the FONK100 Best Agencies 2020, the 26th edition of the agency customer satisfaction survey: did you expect this outcome?
We are sitting with a lot of energy at STROOM. We talked about it cautiously, but didn't dare hope for it honestly. In recent months we have continued to build STROOM 2.0 and in times of crisis and working from home, that is not always easy, but we have succeeded. We are growing, vacancies are open; there is energy in STROOM. We look to the future with great confidence: cooperation within the Candid platform is being intensified and both clients and colleagues are reaping the benefits. Here again is proof that, despite all the changes in recent months, our clients are positive and engage us with confidence.
How is your agency different? In other words, where do you make a difference?
STROOM is energy for growth. Because when there is on the right media STROOM comes, then comes growth in brand awareness, performance, engagement and business results. We look beyond the media issue only, because if you also understand the brand and marcom issues well, you can formulate better and more effective media advice. We are 'big enough to cope, and small enough to care' and that makes us substantially different from other agencies. We give time, energy and attention; that's what we get back from our clients.
What skills does a client need to have in order to get the most from you?
Our clients operate in various industries, targeting diverse audiences and objectives, where the most important skills are collaboration and pro activity. Working together because then we can get the most out of it; especially with two-way traffic the whole becomes stronger.
And proactive because we look critically at what is needed. And that can go beyond what you initially expected.
What do you What do you think are the issues in marcom for 2021? And how do you connect to them in your work?
The relationship between brand and performance remains hugely topical: how do you build a strong brand and how can you grow the business grow? The media possibilities are only getting more complex, the digital possibilities are endless and are constantly reinventing themselves.
How do you link that to the more traditional reach media and how do you keep control of that as an advertiser? The only constant is change, that's for sure.
Finally, anyone who you want to thank in particular on this site?
THE CUSTOMER. We are immensely proud of our position. Also because this is not a standard trade award, but an award from customers who appreciate you. That makes it extra special. The customer has put us at number 1, The other 364 days of the year the customer is our number 1 again. should be.
