We are extremely pleased to welcome Samantha Catsburg to the team at Stroom! She will be working as Client Service Director. Of course we asked her some questions to get to know her better.
Who are you and what do you do at Stroom?
My name is Samantha Catsburg, 32 years old and I live in beautiful Woerden. Born in Harmelen and from there moved to the 'big' neighboring city. After almost 7 years at M2Media in Hilversum and 5 years at Starcom in Amsterdam it was time for a new challenge in a new environment. On January 6 I started at Stroom as Client Service Director and from that role I will focus on clients and also new business. In recent years in the media I have always combined client responsibility with content and I want to bring that back to Stroom .
What is your business drive?
I enjoy helping brands grow by looking for the best communication and media channels where there should be a logical match with the (growth) target group. Using the data available at a media agency and determining together where growth should come from is what I really enjoy.
Besides Stroom, what else makes you happy?
Besides working, I love being in nature, especially when the weather is nice. A nice walk on the beach or a walk in the woods on an autumnal day. I like to work a lot. But working in media is hectic in a nice way, so I like to bring back some peace when I spend some time offline.
