National MS Fund chooses Stroom

We are very proud to announce that Stroom may work for the National MS Fund! This is an organization dedicated to bringing attention to the still relatively unknown disease. The goal of the organization is to support research into curing the disease, on the one hand, and to educate people on how to cope with it, in all forms of daily life, on the other.

The Campaign

Sunday, Nov. 18, is National MS Day, followed by MS Collection Week. MS Fund wants to draw attention to the disease. ''For us, it is a new form of communication,'' says Leontine Heisen, marcom adviser for the Fund. ,,

''We really created the campaign for the collection week, but want to carry it forward. We really want to continue bringing and sharing stories. We also do that on our new website, where we want to appeal to people in a much simpler way and with less text.''

To do that, a creative concept was developed in collaboration with Starsound Productions in which "real" people were used in the commercials. Portraits were made in which, among others, Anouk tells her sweeping story. Among other things, she became the face of the campaign.

In addition to the commercials on TV, the campaign is also being run on social. The powerful thing about the campaign is that Anouk and other patients recur in all expressions. Because these stories are true and in most cases very moving, it will be an impactful campaign.

At Stroom , we always look at the creative concept and how media can enhance it. In this case, we went for a strategy that on the one hand includes the target audience in the personal stories and on the other hand ensures the generation of donations for research into the disease MS.

Donate

The main goal is to recruit donors. We are already seeing a significant increase when the campaign was announced. We would like to continue this:
