Today, October 4, is World Animal Day. A day when many domestic and hobby animals get an extra treat. Unfortunately, that does not apply to all animals. Every year, the Animal Protection Society helps tens of thousands of neglected, abused and dumped animals. To draw attention to this, the Animal Protection Society started an Animal Day campaign together with Stroom .
The campaign
In this Animal Rescue Day campaign, the Animal Protection Society addresses the entire chain of animal emergency response; inspection work, ambulance work and shelter work. Using examples of animals that have been rescued, the Animal Protection Society shows all that they do to rescue, shelter and protect these animals.
For example, a special Animal Day spot was made, in which the severely neglected dog Binck (based on a true story) is rescued and allowed to celebrate Animal Day with his new owners. Exclusively for this video, singer Ruben Hein sang the song "Fix You" by Coldplay.
Television commercials are supported multimedia on radio, online, in print and out of home.
